These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the organisation operating the jeta7 platform ("Company") and registered users of this platform ("User"). This section defines the key terms used throughout this document.
1.1 Definitions
The following terms are used with specific meanings in these Terms and Conditions:
- "Platform" refers to the jeta7 website, mobile application and all related services.
- "User" refers to any person who has registered or is attempting to register an account on the jeta7 platform.
- "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile.
- "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds currently held in a user's account.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility
The minimum age to use the jeta7 platform is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may create an account or take part in any betting or casino activity on this platform.
At the time of account registration, the user must confirm that:
- They are at least 21 years of age.
- They are using this platform voluntarily and of their own free will.
- They are not located in any area of Bangladesh where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- The identity and information they are providing is fully accurate and correct.
2.2 Registration Process
When creating an account, the user must provide accurate and complete information, including full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number and an active email address. Each individual may operate only one account.
The Company may at any time request additional documents for identity verification. Certain account features may be limited until verification is complete.
2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
A person may operate only one account. If any individual is found to have multiple accounts, the Company reserves the right to close them and freeze the associated balances. Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once is a serious violation.

3.1 Protection of Login Credentials
The user is solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Granting another person access to the account or sharing login credentials is prohibited. If any unauthorised access is suspected, the jeta7 support team must be notified immediately.
3.2 Account Suspension and Closure
The Company may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Evidence of bonus system abuse.
- Operating multiple accounts.
Users may also request the support team to close their account at any time.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits on the jeta7 platform are currently accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
Users must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Funds deposited from a third party's account are not accepted, and such transactions may be cancelled.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Once a deposit is successfully completed, it is generally credited to the account promptly. In some cases, processing may take longer due to technical issues or payment gateway delays. Please contact the support team for any such issues.
The Company reserves the right to hold any suspicious deposit and conduct additional verification.
Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required in cases where identity verification is needed.
5.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal is processed:
- The user's identity must be fully verified.
- Any applicable wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be met.
- The withdrawal request must be made to the user's own payment account.
- There must be no active investigation on the account.
5.3 Withdrawal Rejection
The Company may reject a withdrawal request in cases of fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or incomplete verification. The reason for rejection will be communicated to the user.
Bonuses and Promotion Rules
The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.
For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, a total wager of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be completed.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period.
- Bonus funds may not be transferred to another account.
- Claiming the same promotion more than once is prohibited, unless the specific promotion's terms allow it.
- Bonus funds may not be used to place bets exceeding the set stake limits for specific games or betting categories.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
6.3 Other Promotions
jeta7 regularly runs various promotional offers, such as weekly reload bonuses, slot win bonuses and cricket season rewards. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in the offer description. Contact the support team for detailed questions about any promotion.
Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Rules for Placing Bets
All bets must be placed from the user's own account balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the rules of the specific game state otherwise. The Company is not responsible for internet connection issues during live event betting.
7.2 Bet Cancellation
A bet may be cancelled in the following circumstances:
- If the event is cancelled or postponed.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
- If match-fixing or an unusual betting pattern is suspected.
The amount of any cancelled bet will be returned to the user's account.
7.3 Game Results
The results of all games and casino services are determined by approved Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any dispute regarding a result must be reported to the support team, and the Company's decision will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The activities that are strictly prohibited on the platform are listed below.
Any of the following activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage on the platform through fraud, hacking or any unauthorised method.
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
- Accessing or attempting to access another user's account.
- Providing a false identity for fraudulent purposes.
- Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
- Using the platform for money laundering.
- Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
- Allowing a minor (anyone under 21 years of age) to use your account.
Responsible Gaming

9.1 Setting Limits

9.2 Self-Exclusion

jeta7 follows a strict policy against allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use the platform. If evidence is found of a minor using an account, the account will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
